MAD! Tour

Music full of Sparks!

The legendary duo - Ron and Russell Mael, is all set to shake up the night with new music. In support of their upcoming album "MAD!", they're all set to captivate audiences with a career-spanning set featuring the best hits, crowd faves, and of course new music. Their new album is coming out on May 23 via Transgressive Reccords. Known as an art pop band, they've never failed to take audiences by surprise with concerts that are not only musical, but also a theatrical piece of art. Every single night is extraordinary with Sparks.

They're MAD!

Earlier this year, the duo released their new single "JanSport Backpack" which follows the album's previously-released track "Do Things My Own Way". A promising follow-up to their 2023 album "The Girl Is Crying in Her Latte", Sparks sure is alive and kicking in the release radar since the band's raging dominance back in 1971.

Ron and Russell Mael, alongside their band, took audiences by surprise on their 2023 tour in support of their previous release. The pack included sold out shows in the Sydney Opera House, London’s Royal Albert Hall, and Hollywood Bowl. Natural performers, they still go their rockin' edge. Promising even more musical thrills in this new era, the world really can't get enough of Sparks!

Highly-regarded as pioneers and great influences to many genres, including synth-pop, alt-rock, post-punk, new wave, and many more, they're living legends in the industry. Highly active with new releases, it's amazing to see a band having gone through decades of musical history stand the test of time. To this day, their classics and new material continue to hit hard and reach massive audiences.

Their most notable album "Kimono My House" is a fan and critic favorite. Many artists have also credited the record as one of their big inspirations in music. Icelandic singer Björk shared that it changed her life, "[Sparks] were exotic ... [they] were the most refreshing thing in my life" - she shared with Melody Maker. Even John Frusciante of Red Hot Chili Peppers shared that he'd listen to Kimono My House and Propaganda.

"There was something about them that was very different. I was immediately fascinated with that song," said Nick Rhodes of Duran Duran about their song "This Town ain't ..."

With new music coming up, better make sure to mark your spots for their shows because fans are rushing in.
