Xiaoguo Stand-Up Comedy City Roaming [CANCELLED] at Golden Gate Theatre

Xiaoguo Stand-Up Comedy is an Asian collective of talented comedians beginning to take the globe by storm. With their shows, stand-ups and acute, funny observations, questions and anecdotes, they speak to the Chinese democrat as well as enlightening others with their funny revelations. From asking some of life’s deepest, silliest questions like, ‘are hamsters happier than their owners?’ or, ‘what does off-grid really feel like?’, to sharing cultural heritage in both relevant and facetious ways, such as pressured city life compared to the small hometown ways, they always strike a chord with audiences. This year, for their world tour, ‘City Roaming’, they will be performing mainly in offline theatres, providing intimacy and bringing audiences fully into the moment without the distraction of technology, so every person is submerged in the comic experience.
